DO NOT GET INTERNET FROM THEM. they have kept me without service for 3 weeks and still have audacity to charge for it. Every time I go to troubleshoot or chat with a live representative all I get is gigabot or AI bots with preprogrammed messages posing as caring real live agents. When I call to get the issue sorted the automated operators won't pass me with a representative because "there is a data/power outtage (which had supposedly been going on for 3 weeks now ) in my area" and I am not allowed to talk to a representative until that gets resolved. My issue has nothing to do with the data outtage. It is because I have a 17 year old ONT box which they refuse to replace. It was installed when we first joined them 17years ago and has never been changed so now it over heats. When I unplug it for an hour and plug back in it works for 15mins then over heats and breaks again. They did send out 2 technicians when the TV/cable broke with the supposed task to fix the ONT box issue... but the repairmen just sprayed it with something and never changed it. They were a good company... but it feels like they have gone downhill now. I'm currently looking for another company to switch to.

I woke up this morning around 9 o’clock immediately realized that my service with Frontier was not working. I tried triple shooting on my own end and didn’t realize I needed additional support called Customer service troubleshooter for another 30 minutes only to realize that this is an ongoing issue with frontier across a widespread area I think it’s extremely unprofessional that I haven’t received any update all day 12+ hours on the situation. I wasn’t notified of any outage. I was notified of any Cruz working and I wasn’t notified of any update working towards the situation.
