Today I grow much frustrated when Spectrum Internet and Wi-Fi been out for day as I tried to connect to it with security key dozen times been saying it’s incorrect.

My internet has been down for two days!

Please let people have an idea when it will be on

Spectrum so whack like how it goes out completely for no legitimate reason and takes hrs to turn back on makes no sense

Does not give a reason, update restoration time has changed from 7:15am to 10:30 to 3:30.

Internet is down I wish I had other options but I live in community that only allows spectrum.

SPECTRUM SUCKS

Not even 6 months into dealing with them, my bill has more than doubled and they have a new lie each time for the reason why. Not only am I being ripped off, but my neighbors with other providers never even lost internet. I tried calling twice to see when it would be fixed, because it's been 22 hours and I'm losing money now. My project requires internet and they rip me off to just cause me to lose more money. Called and was hung up on both times. So I did what any logical person would do, I had my bank cancel the last payment and invested it in faster Verizon internet for 50% cheaper and they instantly answered when I called.

My WiFi has been out all day today. But for the last week, it has been down for several hours every single day. Pretty ridiculous.
