Can you please tell me why you seem to be using Evri in the UK instead of your own drivers? Evri in my area are terrible and don't appear to deliver on weekends. I pay for Prime delivery but Evri are letting you down badly and hurting your reputation. @AmazonHelp

@benji70 I have to say I have not had that experience at all with Evri. I’ve had the same lovely lady delivering my Evri parcels and never had any issues

Ahh it's the age old story. Buy something on Amazon, Amazon tracker says today but VOC (vendor's own courier), track down what company it is through search engines.... it's Evri. Funny old thing - it's not out for delivery yet. WHY DOES ANYONE USE EVRI? I have never had a single

@liam43102 @amazon Email Amazon we had issues with a random Evri driver not our usual one delivers after 8pm in a builders van and lobbed the parcels over the gate as the dogs toys were out !! We were in the garden not seen him for a week now

@liam43102 @amazon I worked for Evri nearly ten years and trust me Amazon have been farming work out to them for at least the last three. They should be castigated for pimping work out to them at a knock down cost whilst charging their Prime customers a mint, but that never seems to get mentioned.
