I can't use any of my NAB cards to purchase online. They are separate accounts, so if one were bloced, it shouldn't affect the other. I called customer service and there are apparently no blocks on my cards, and everything should be fine. I've tested it with mobile, laptop, and desktop, and tested on different browsers. The same result on all of them. Also, my ANZ card works fine using the same devices, so it's not a technical issue from my end. Customer service said that the transaction attempts weren't even showing up on NAB's end so there must be a problem with authentication, or how NAB communicates with vendors. The cards work fine for tap and go physical transactions, just no online purchases can be made.
