DailyPay, there appears to be a widespread issue this morning, and what’s frustrating is the complete lack of communication about it. I initiated a transfer because I need to pay the remainder of my utilities. The money has now been deducted from my DailyPay balance, but it has not reached my card. So right now, my money is essentially sitting in limbo with no explanation. Your support chat is showing hundreds of people waiting for assistance, and users are publicly reporting problems, yet your official status still says everything is operational. That is not acceptable when people depend on this service for rent, utilities, food, transportation, and other immediate expenses. If there is a processing issue, say that. Give us an estimated resolution time and tell us where our transfers are. Please update your customers and release our money. I was trying to make sure all of my utilities were paid before anything gets shut off. I should not have to wonder where money that has already been removed from my DailyPay account went.
