Raging idiots on about the new Scotrail app having issue on first day of launch. use trainline or any one of the multiple other apps available to buy train tickets while issues are resolved. Luddites.

@conor_matchett The email takes nearly 70 mins to arrive I ended up creating a Trainline a/c because it was quicker. Catastrophic @ScotRail - introduce it at 1am on a Sunday, not noon on a working day.

@ScotRail OK. For those having difficulty, You can buy all tickets, including flexi and season, and discount rail tickets on Trainline App. No idea if that stops working today - I am guessing not as the law says you need to be able to buy tickets from any provider.
