Free members can continue using email, browser push, app push, and one-time SMS alerts. Pro members can connect Slack, Microsoft Teams, Discord, and Google Chat for up to 15 monitored services or websites. Max members get unlimited monitoring plus per-service routing, so each alert can go only to the collaboration channels that need it.
Connect in about a minute
Open Notification Channels under your SID account, choose a provider, paste its incoming webhook URL, select the services you want routed there, and send a test alert. Webhook destinations are encrypted at rest and are never shown again after saving.
Built for both outages and recoveries
A fast outage alert matters—but so does knowing when it is safe to try again. Connected channels receive both confirmed outage notifications and recovery updates, with a direct link back to the relevant Status Is Down page for current community reports and analysis.
