My cats are starving to death because of this trash product (not really, but kind of)

Feeder is down and won’t reset. Nothing has changed on my end except my cat is confused. I’m questioning the Travel with Confidence claim.

Down since yesterday

Down since midnight

App has a request time out. Cat wet food feeder is blinking white and orange. The WiFi button is flashing on the dry food feeder.

4台とも接続が切れてつながりません。給餌できないので早急に解決をお願いします。

Woke up to the feeders not connected to wifi, not automatically dispensing food, and not opening to pet collars

All 3 of my petlibro one feeders are down

Been down since yesterday afternoon very inconvenient as I’m out of town, and was relying on these to feed my furbabies. All 3 are down.

Yes I have two cameras one at my house and one at the apartment where my son leaves since one of my dogs stay there sometimes. I have to work all day and this thing keep saying offline offline. And I got email that said problem was fix it.

The app has been down for hours now to no avail

Neither of my feeders will connect and now it deleted one of them.

The history shows this machine had died continuously for several days. AND it's died completely today (first is app shut down and I cannot login, then the product is offline). Badly, I'm off home for two days. I hope my cat is ok...

リセットボタン押してしまったよ、多頭飼いで療養食を分けてるのに本当に困る。早く復旧してほしい。

Rather frustrating... Received several emails yesterday apologizing for the issues; and at the time I had no issues. Then another email stating that the app issues were resolved. After that another email stating another issue was discovered, and they were taking the app offline to troubleshoot & resolve. This was 6+hrs ago. They claim in email everything would continue to work as intended; there just wouldn't be app functionality.

Down for me the very first time I left overnight.

What a nightmare. Thank goodness I’m home and not on vacation. I’ve had nothing but issues with this company. Really stinks because it’s a good concept.
