@yoyouyoung @AI_Jasonyu Buyer requested refund-only (¥279) for an item listed as high-end postcards. Actually received a giffgaff overseas SIM that the operator permanently banned after just 8 days of use. Refund note cites total mismatch with the listing plus no warning about usage limits or ban risk.

@giffgaff This company has absolutely no integrity; my account was suddenly shut down, and they refused to refund the unused prepaid balance. It is truly terrible. I will never use your company's products again, nor will I ever recommend them to my friends.
